They say the kitchen is the heart of the home. As a homebuilder, I have to agree. While the façade of the home may be inviting and the porch may be welcoming, it’s the kitchen that ultimately draws a crowd. Understanding this phenomenon has helped us to deliver a better product to our clients. Creating bright, open spaces for friends and family to congregate and islands for serving up nourishment, all in an arrangement that makes preparing for (and cleaning up after) gatherings seamless. I have found that when it comes to a kitchen, if we build it right…they will come.
