Primarily used as an overflow for storage, this little carriage house had so much potential. We fixed and painted the exterior, which highlighted her gorgeous details. We did a complete renovation to develop an apartment on the second floor, including an efficiency kitchen, and bathroom. Then we updated the entire first floor so the owners could use it as a garage.
